At Jumaa Nutrition, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Returns
Since our products are consumable, returns are only accepted if the item is sealed, unopened, and in its original condition as received.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@jumaanutrition.com. If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Important:
• The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us and ensuring it arrives in acceptable condition.
• Refunds cannot be processed until we physically receive and inspect the returned item.
• We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers.

Refunds
