Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return if you change your mind.

Because our products are consumable, items must be sealed and unopened, in the same condition you received them, to be eligible for a return.

How to start a return

Email us at support@jumaanutrition.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with the return address and next steps.

Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, as we do not cover the cost of returning items.
